NEW IN 2013!!!
Provides primary school age children with a dynamic and engaging physical fitness program designed to make being active fun! The program introduces students to physical fitness with fun activities incorporating team building, fitness and game skills.
The program enhances overall fitness by promoting and developing fundamental gross motor skills, cardiovascular fitness, upper and lower body strength, coordination, flexibility, self-confidence, problem solving skills and communication.
Four & six week programs are available. We can also offer one off tailored sessions. The program offers additional activities for class time and aligns to the following learning areas in the NTCF:
